Suso receives the invoices by mail, understands their contents, checks that everything balances, and automatically enters them into Sage 200c every morning. When he can confidently resolve a case, he does it alone; when something is uncertain, he stops and asks the responsible person for confirmation.
In addition, it reviews the quality of customer records, manages due dates and payments, and responds via Teams or email when someone asks for or requests their invoice.
