Cardinal Health is a multinational company based in Dublin (USA) that acquired J&J's Cordis division in 2016, generating €500 million in Europe (with a global turnover of US$110 billion).

Winfor was responsible for the withdrawal of J&J's entire dual labeling system (based on JDEdwards) and the implementation of the GS1 standard in all Spanish hospitals (based on SAP R3).

Subsequently, the contract was extended to implement EDI orders and e-invoicing for Spain and Italy. Once successfully implemented, the contract was extended to implement e-orders and e-invoicing in the remaining European countries that did not have this functionality at J&J (Nordic countries, Switzerland, France), and functionality was increased in Germany and the UK.

At the end of the project, 25% of orders and 40% of billing are processed electronically and unattended.
